PRNZ operates advanced recycling facilities in Auckland and Christchurch, processing uPVC and HDPE plastics to support a circular economy in Aotearoa.

Penrose Recycling Facility – North Island

Located at WM Maurice Rd site in Penrose, Auckland.
Capable of processing HDPE, uPVC, and PP, with potential for LDPE.
Projected capacity: 3,900 tonnes per year by 2027.

Hornby South Recycling Facility – South Island

Located in Hornby South, Christchurch.
Processing capacity: 2,800 tonnes per year.
Specialising in post-consumer and post-industrial plastics.

Closing the Loop on Plastics
