Logan Dingle

General Manager, PRNZ

Logan is the General Manager of PRNZ, bringing over 15 years of experience in waste management, resource recovery, and infrastructure development. With a background in engineering and finance, he has a deep understanding of sustainable waste solutions and the circular economy.

Before joining PRNZ in 2024, Logan led Living Earth Auckland, where he played a key role in organic waste processing and compost production. His previous experience includes senior consultancy and project engineering roles at Advisian and Transpacific Industries, where he managed large-scale waste-to-energy and infrastructure projects.

Logan holds a BE/BCom in Mechanical Engineering and Finance from the University of Auckland, graduating with First Class Honours. His expertise spans project management, procurement, and energy recovery, making him a driving force in PRNZ’s mission to transform plastic waste into valuable resources for New Zealand’s circular economy.

Hooman Javaheri

National Processing Manager

Hooman is the National Processing Manager at PRNZ, bringing nearly seven years of expertise in process engineering, hazardous waste management, and safety operations. With a strong background in chemical engineering, he plays a key role in ensuring safe, sustainable, and effective plastic recycling and reprocessing solutions.

Since joining WM New Zealand in 2018, Hooman has held several leadership positions, including Process Safety Engineer and Production Supervisor, specialising in process safety management, wastewater treatment, and hazardous substances handling. Now at PRNZ, he applies his deep knowledge of compliance, risk management, and operational best practices to support New Zealand’s circular economy goals.

Hooman holds multiple industry certifications, including ISO 45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management, Process Safety Management Techniques, and Hazardous Substances Management. Passionate about innovation and continuous improvement, he is committed to ensuring PRNZ’s processing operations meet the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and environmental responsibility.

Mahmoud Emamjomeh (Mo)

Factory Manager

With over 15 years of experience in metal, chemical, and process engineering across manufacturing industries, Mahmoud Emamjomeh (Mo) is the Factory Manager for our PRNZ Penrose Recycling Facility. With a PhD in chemical, metallurgical, and materials engineering, he combines technical expertise with strategic leadership to drive operational excellence.

Mo has held senior engineering and management roles, leading continuous improvement, cost reduction, and production optimisation initiatives. His expertise spans EPCM project management, plant operations, and business integration, with a proven track record in delivering capital projects from planning to execution. He is also a Green Belt Six Sigma certified professional, ensuring data-driven decision-making and process efficiency.

A dynamic people coach and leader, Mo excels in developing teams, reducing manufacturing risks, and implementing HSE management strategies. His ability to integrate technical solutions with operational goals makes him a key player in driving manufacturing innovation and efficiency.
