We specialise in recycling uPVC and HDPE plastics, commonly used in construction, infrastructure, and agriculture. We are also assessing potential expansion into other plastic types.
PRNZ was created to provide a nationwide recycling solution for rigid plastics, reducing reliance on virgin materials and supporting a circular economy.
Our process includes:
Collection & Sorting – Plastic waste is collected and sorted into material types.
Shredding & Granulation – Plastics are broken down into smaller, manageable pieces.
Washing – Contaminants are removed to ensure high-quality recyclate.
Extrusion & Pelletising – Plastics are transformed into resins suitable for manufacturing.
Reintegration – The processed plastic is used in new products like pipes, conduits, and building materials.
